SuperFit is a sports and fitness training app for all athletes. Whatever level you’re at, we’ll meet you there.
We believe that sports shouldn’t just be about competition and getting the most gains; it’s about community, personal growth, and having fun. We strive to improve the learning process in sports and fitness to be more approachable and open to everyone.
The app guides you through an entire 3-4 week fitness program, provides all the exercises for every workout and suggests in detail the number of repetitions, sets, duration and weight intensity you should be doing from start to finish.

HEALTHKIT INTEGRATION:
SuperFit shows you the following data from the Health app (HealthKit).
You can input your bodyweight measurement manually, or synchronize with HealthKit to automatically pre-populate your fitness profile.
Your completed workouts will add strength training and functional movement exercise logs to your Health app which contributes to your total activity profile.
You can input your data manually, and the data is stored securely in the Health app. None of your health data is sent to any 3rd party services for any reason whatsoever.
SuperFit plans to have strength and conditioning programs for every major athletic sport. Support us early on and give us your input!
Superfit Pro (Premium Subscription):

SuperFit Pro is available with a 3-Month or annual subscription. You can subscribe and pay through your iTunes account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Auto-renew may be turned off after purchase by going to the ‘Manage Subscription’ page in settings.
